Tragedy

Such a beautiful lie it is,
Some say, it's mysterious, I say "puerile" it is,
Nothing is determined, yet all is fixed,
We befool ourselves, yet we claim "not bewitched".

I read and learnt,
I possess the courage-i possess the courage to mold a rock,
I fear, it's true; I fear it is true,
But, "not" allowed the walk!

I refuse to agree, perfection cease.
We chose "weak", and reject the breeze.
We ignore "a stand" is "difficult",
I am an anomaly, who abjects the cult.
I fail to see how we see the scene,
I am an anomaly, can't submit the dreams!
Doomed to misery-what I forsee,
Is it worth or be one in the league?

I am wrong, am always so;
Guess missed the most important notes.
What to do, how to decipher?
It's a beautiful lie, an enchanting snare.

Who decides  it is wrong, to do something?
A friend says, "what you see as 9, I see as six".
Then which light is red or blue or it's dark?
Who helps one through this labyrinth to cross.

Confused, I stare and wonder why it is,
How is this a beauty when only lie it is?

Story of our time

Time will laugh,
Sisters have shunned,
The Sun has set,
This life has begun!

The leaves have dried,
They’ve burnt and fallen off,
The Night is a sight,
With Darkness sleeping in all.

Blood has dripped,
Life has parched,
Bones now tweak,
They wish to crawl.

Silence rules, the roads scare wits,
There is no life, no bodies with bliss!
There is only Heat, to burn one down,
Moon is spitting fire, its coolness has dwarfed!

Existence ceases,
Shrieks are heard,
Wounds are scratched,
They colour this Earth.

Stones are plenty,
One is bound to fall,
They pierce one’s flesh,
To show their worth.

Owls are hooting,
Vultures rule,
Water is hurting,
One needs no room,

Pain is desired,
One begs for some time,
To taste this misery,
This is eternal and sublime!

Love you Ladies!

Who say, I need someone special to love and adore?
When there is so much around to cherish and store,
Beauty is galore, is everywhere around,
Just that we miss to see it with our purity unbound!
All the relations we make on our own,
Which are not compelled by the Nature’s tone,
They add up so much to the life we lead,
Make it a treasure to be passed on to posterity!
The chats, the talks, the gossips, the walks,
Everything is magical, making diamonds from rocks,
Each and every moment we spend,
Is just so serene, that it is worth infinite cents!
A special someone, surely means a lot ;)
But friends, you guys are an inseparable lot,
A family which makes one alive when alone,
And capable enough to cast any spell J
Love the way things appear,
When darkness blooms, silver lightning smears,
Through your calls, pranks, and puns,
Life is just so sordid yet great fun!
I think, it is just on us to weigh,
What is important, our smiles or people’s stares!!
Really it is not worth brooding about the loss,
When life has been so blissful with you all around…
When life has been so blissful with you all around…

Life....

I've seen castles made out of sand,
Met people who believe destiny is engraved on the palm of their hands.
I've seen people change their faith,
EXPERIENCED love change into hate.
I've seen people grow younger with age,
And a bird who wouldn't fly out of an open cage.
I've seen sex been sold for money,
People who are devastated inside, but outside they're funny.
I've seen the unicorn fall in love with the toad,
People who owned half the city have now hit the road.
I've learned to expect the unexpected,
Perfection doesn't exist, We're all defected.
Everyone cries, some just hide their tears,
They say coal turns diamond over a thousand years.
Someone may believe you are one in a million,
For others you are just another nobody in the billion.
So live life with all that you have,
Cherish all your moments Happy or Sad!!
Feel blessed with what you're!!
Cause Life is too short and we are just here for a Moment!!

Moments

Moments.

Moments in life are very few,
Treasure them like morning dew,
Once lost they never come back,
Only their essence elates the heart.

School bus, Mom combing hair,
Milk in one hand, and everyone's glare,
Granny asking the school bus to wait till the time I come,
Sister getting my shoes and Dad reading newspaper.

The ride to school like a journey so nice,
Making every road special and every day bright.
Morning assemblies, Principal's note of concern,
And then the day started as the School first bell rang !!!
Lunch time and every lunch box,
Each was special with tasty food and warmth.

Teacher's teaching, every class I loathed,
And yet today I miss that lesson they taught.
Beautiful it was with friends and only time,
Time to grow, learn, crib and still rejoice.

No longer those moments will ever come back,
Life has sped past that phase so warm.
No longer the protection of dad still says-"don't stay out,it's not safe after day"
No longer only books consume my time, my energy and become my prayers.
No longer I get up with a fear to have forgotten,
To complete my home work or to make S.U.P.W. stuff.

No longer I worry about only "Disney hour",
Life has changed, can't say for better or worse.

Now the mornings come with a whip lash,
Killing  competition without rules are the alarms !!!
No mom, no dad, no granny or friends,
Only acquaintances are around, with lot of snares.

No sense of warmth, no love or care,
We are independent with lots of despair,
We have grown up yet we are lost,
This independence is worse than being barred!
Food is tasty minus the love,
Drinks are many with lots of concerns,
Money is a lot but still I'm sad,
May be I'm just human and not a Man!!!

I miss my home and my childhood songs,
I miss my cartoons, games in park, time then spent,
I miss that carefree and troubled life,
When parents were monsters and teacher's their allies,
I miss my home where security was felt,
I miss my childhood when nothing was bad.

I miss my childhood when happiness stayed,
I miss my childhood when tears were shared,
I miss my childhood when life had some flair!!!!!!!!!

Night

The Night is high,
Up in the sky,
Cloaked in stars,
Shimmering and far.

I wonder what she says,
To every star to stay,
She is dark, gloomy in sight,
Yet the stars twinkle, besides her alright.

The moment she comes,
Life sulks, and Stillness arise,
She is left alone,
Juggling the lonely tide.

No companion, no friend,
No lodge, or rest,
She roams berserk,
She roams and sighs...

Why is she the one who is so dark?
Strayed and alone, where did it all start?
Her darkness can engulf every spark or light,
Only the stars lit her up for sometime.

Stillness tease, Darkness barks,
Her drapes are torn, Her hair messed up.
Still she continues to move upright,
As she has to move till bright Morning arrives.

She puts to sleep, herself she awakes,
She lulls the air, and rests the palms.
She pauses the noise, to spread some peace,
Yet herself she is disturbed, with no respite.

She is beautiful, her charm is naive,
It’s not her fault if Black is her Life,
She was born to rejuvenate the breathing kind,
She was made, to witness the dull, and quiet.

The Night thus wonders why her face is not bright.
Why is she feared, why is she not “Nice”?
Why her dress is sombre, grave and wide?
Why is her charm only visible to wine?

She has so many questions,
With no replies,
Yet, she continues,
With her chained feet, to smile.

Shackled to start when the Light resides,
After a beautiful day in the meadows and sunshine,
In a warm house where Happiness dwells,
Where everything rests after a successful day’s ride.

The Night is still, serene and divine,
She is also true, also precious and sublime,
She too shines, yet her lustre mystifies,
She is the loner, who only gives to mankind!

Can't help...Trees lure me a lot;)!!

A tree.

A tree it was-a beautiful tree,
Lush green, strong, erect and sturdy!
Never bowed in front of the winds,
Nor ever the Earth saw it bleed.
He was a sight, Nature’s delight,
Whose shade was everyone’s dream.
Happy were the days,
At night, neighbours envied his calm,
Seasons looked biased,
His bloom grew, irrespective of time.
Things were so pleasant,
He looked as if Nature’s special plant!
But the Sisters knew they had the power,
No one could endure when they wanted to mar!
Patient were they-as if to befool him for some more,
Ignorant was the tree of his vulnerable node.
Time went by and Sisters waited in peace,
Waited for the tree to enjoy some more greenery,
Till one day they changed their mind,
And then was the onset of the tree’s incessant blight...
What did I do-he used to think,
Fumbled was he to see such a low...
His leaves fell, his roots decayed.
Pain was all, which had back stayed.
Yet somehow, the tree refused,
Refused to submit or cry and subdue.
Tall it stood and proud still was,
Proud of having a unique strong brow.
Sisters took affront and thus decided to avenge,
Make him repent for his unrelenting strands.
But the tree refused, refused to leave his charm,
And continued he to question the growing dark.
He knew for sure Light would dawn,
And in her presence Satan’s friends will run,
For they live in a dungeon dark and wide,
Where gloom is favoured and Light blinds their eyes.
Finally Spring came with her sunshine in store,
And earth was filled with brightness galore,
Sisters had to leave, as they had no choice,
And the tree was still there like an undefeated knight!
