Can't help...Trees lure me a lot;)!!

A tree.

A tree it was-a beautiful tree,
Lush green, strong, erect and sturdy!
Never bowed in front of the winds,
Nor ever the Earth saw it bleed.
He was a sight, Nature’s delight,
Whose shade was everyone’s dream.
Happy were the days,
At night, neighbours envied his calm,
Seasons looked biased,
His bloom grew, irrespective of time.
Things were so pleasant,
He looked as if Nature’s special plant!
But the Sisters knew they had the power,
No one could endure when they wanted to mar!
Patient were they-as if to befool him for some more,
Ignorant was the tree of his vulnerable node.
Time went by and Sisters waited in peace,
Waited for the tree to enjoy some more greenery,
Till one day they changed their mind,
And then was the onset of the tree’s incessant blight...
What did I do-he used to think,
Fumbled was he to see such a low...
His leaves fell, his roots decayed.
Pain was all, which had back stayed.
Yet somehow, the tree refused,
Refused to submit or cry and subdue.
Tall it stood and proud still was,
Proud of having a unique strong brow.
Sisters took affront and thus decided to avenge,
Make him repent for his unrelenting strands.
But the tree refused, refused to leave his charm,
And continued he to question the growing dark.
He knew for sure Light would dawn,
And in her presence Satan’s friends will run,
For they live in a dungeon dark and wide,
Where gloom is favoured and Light blinds their eyes.
Finally Spring came with her sunshine in store,
And earth was filled with brightness galore,
Sisters had to leave, as they had no choice,
And the tree was still there like an undefeated knight!
